precedent has now been set as alluded to by mwah last night...it may be correct as bevan is q -based and richard vic-based.....change of the rules comingup one suspects......what if they whir in partnership accross the road from each other....this may have some positives as a grey area/dodgy deal may provide clarity...the guilty plea exhibited on thing to all and sundry that a deal had been done via their qc and racing vic stewards...it should come as no surprise as this happens with qc's and court proceedings on a hourly basis in courts australia and worldwide....the other issue is the seriousness of the product...it aint bute of an anabolic its the most serious things going around as a performance inhancer and has seen the first trotting people recieve 3-5 years dq.....ie first tco2 3 months if not a chosen one=this equal 36-60 times in multiples of 3 months more serious than tco2 the main DQ product
thats teds 20 cents worth for what its worth

According to this morning's Gold Coast Bullie..........................Racing Victoria stewards have asked the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board to ban trainer Richard Laming for five years.

The RAD Board will deliver its penalties this morning.

Richard appealing 3 years.................I'm mystified as to why one would!

He was given 3 years on each charge...........equals 9 years.........................but allowed to serve concurrently.  Not sure I would push my luck any further if it was me....particularly if I pleaded guilty! :what:!!

Neither Richard nor Bevan appealing against fines!
