Just listen to the Punters Show, Glen Pollett highlights it but I knew that after last Wednesday, he is getting more lasts than firsts, not that they will all run badly but you want to be game backing any of them after last Wednesday/Saturday's efforts, something just isn't right, strange that that David Vandyke/Hayes horse failed as well after being tipped as a "best Bet" by many Hidden Gem, Vandyke had a close association with Waller before going back to training, do you know what Vandyke is famous for?

Have to give Chris Waller the title of most emotional winner by lengths after his acceptance speeches at Racing NSW Awards shown on SKY today.

Puts Peter Snowden who can turn a tear on at will in the shade.

After this he has earned the nic of "Kleenex".

Quite incredible training effort topping the TON.

We all know Waller has had an outstanding record with Northern Hemisphere imported stayers, at least up to handicap level.

His record with Australian and New Zealand bred middle distant - stayers is not so good. At least that is the impression I have got.

Actually the question should probably reflect those he has bought as yearlings.

Who would be the best class 2000m+ horses that he has developed from the beginning of their racing career.

As I said it is just a perception I have. More than happy to be proven wrong.
