I think Kevin Moses had the same problem some time back in Sydney I haven't been able to find the topic on here maybe too long ago.
A Racenet search indicates he is no longer training.
The criteria of having horses of a metropolitan standard would apply to many other trainers very restrictive terms if that is in the lease agreement.
You would think the Trainers Union would be supportive of Danny assuming he is a paid up member.
